You will receive a confirmation after booking. No refunds on failure to respond to confirmation after multiple attempts.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If Augusta Mobile Auto Detailing arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is unavailable, the appointment is canceled, or the vehicle cannot be serviced, the deposit is forfeited.

Customers may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. The original deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

Failure to respond to appointment confirmation messages or calls may result in cancellation of the appointment without a refund of the deposit.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
